PNC Bank partnered with us to develop their new learning portal. I was based in Portland, while four PNC stakeholders and one team lead worked remotely from the East Coast. Despite not being in the same office, they were committed to closely collaborating on the initial stages of the site. We bridged the gap by using a conference line and an IPEVO document camera at my location. Although a designated PNC decision maker was available when needed, all team members contributed equally.
During the wireframe and exploratory phase, I conducted live iterative sketching using a sketchbook and IPEVO camera during our discussions. After each meeting, I refined the sketches and sent them for review on the same day. We met every two to three days to continue the process.
A year later, they revisited the project, aiming to explore new options and implement updates using the same iterative process.
