When Sony Playstation approached us to help shape their learning strategy for the next two years, they had already been our client for three years. They sought our guidance on several key challenges:

To tackle these questions, we spent two days in the Bay Area conducting a discovery workshop, gaining insights into the priorities of both learners and our client.




Our work culminated in a field manual that outlined a strategic plan, detailing the key features and programs to prioritize over the next two years.
