Mondelēz International needed help envisioning and designing their Big Purple Bus Tour—an interactive orientation experience for Mondelēz International University. Our task was to create the city, determine which stops were most relevant, and plan a route through them, serving as a model for their learning platform.
To achieve this, we designed a three-day discovery workshop, where we collaborated to map out the journey, define key learning touchpoints, and ensure an engaging and effective experience for participants.
After designing the set of activities, we assigned different team members to lead each one. This approach not only ensured a smooth execution but also gave everyone the opportunity to participate as a facilitator, fostering collaboration and engagement.

These three slides are specifically focused on conceptualizing the Big Purple Bus Tour route, illustrating the vision, key stops, and overall journey.
Our clients had no hesitation in showcasing the results of everyone’s hard work.
Following the workshop, we provided consulting on the offline user experience for participants of the Big Purple Bus Tour event, focusing on how they would eventually engage with the tour, which was a fully digital experience. Additionally, we designed supporting collateral to enhance the event.
