Nike reached out to us to develop a week-long onboarding experience for their learning platform, aimed at new employees. To kick things off, we designed a workshop to align and prioritize features, learner goals, and business objectives.
Once the direction was established, we collaborated with Nike to design both the online and offline experiences, including learner and instructor workbooks, learner journeys, and other supporting collateral to ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding process.
Shown below are some of the artifacts produced during the workshop. Our process involved listing and ranking goals, visualizing their importance to both learners and the company, and finally, developing an inventory of features to support those goals.
Moving from the features inventory, we transitioned into loose wireframing, exploring initial design concepts and layout ideas.
Below is the initial round of approved comps. As the project evolved, we refined these designs through several additional iterations, incorporating feedback from Nike's leadership team.
