Our design team collaborated closely with Comcast and our lead instructional designer to develop an interactive branching sales course focused on teaching and testing learners on common in-store selling scenarios. We implemented a "Good, Better, Best" framework to guide learners through their journey, with each answer determining the subsequent steps.









In addition to the learning course, we developed a mobile strategy tailored to different types of sales professionals. Each team member received a mobile device—whether a tablet or a smartphone—that could be used for product demonstrations, educating potential customers, and accessing resources to answer specific questions. While the overall strategy was similar for in-store associates and territory managers, we incorporated key differences to address the unique demands of each role.


The door-to-door strategy proved to be the most unique challenge to conceptualize. We quickly sketched a comic strip that illustrated the entire experience—including how the equipment would be used, the resources required, and the nature of customer interactions.
